About
A little about me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California with over ten years of experience in the field of psychology. I have provided individual psychotherapy in a variety of settings and group counseling in the treatment of substance use disorders.
I specialize in treating child, adolescent, and adult clients with depression, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
I believe in treating my clients with respect and compassion, always championing the actualization of their full potential. We will work collaboratively to create a treatment plan unique to your specific goals and needs.

Major cards and HSA/FSA cards accepted, with payment by a simple link after each session. A superbill can be provided for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Under the federal No Surprises Act you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of costs, just ask.

Do you take insurance?
I'm an out-of-network provider. I can give you a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, and I accept HSA and FSA cards.
How long are sessions, and how often?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Many people start weekly, and we adjust the pace together as we go.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is about getting to know each other, understanding what brings you in, and starting to shape your goals. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. I see clients in person in Larkspur and by secure, encrypted video anywhere in California.
Who do you work with?
Children, adolescents, and adults, individually as well as couples and families.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else who needs it.
